In-Home ABA Therapy
Home is where the heart is. It’s where progress happens too.
Your child's favorite room. Their safe space. The place where they're most themselves. That's where our therapists show up, bringing ABA therapy to the heart of your home.
Insurance coverage for ABA
We accept medicaid and most major insurances
What Is School-Based ABA Therapy?
We Come to
Your Door
Your therapist arrives at your home. No stressful drives across town. No parking lot meltdowns. Therapy happens where your child feels safe.
Same Therapist Every Time
Your child works with the same person each session. They build a real relationship with someone who learns what sets them off, what motivates them, what makes them tick.
You're Not Stuck in a Waiting Room
You see everything. You watch the strategies in action. You ask questions. You learn alongside your child, so you can keep things moving between sessions.
We Work on Your Actual Day
We don't simulate getting dressed or practice pretend meals. We work on the real morning rush, the actual dinner table, the bedtime routine that's currently taking two hours.
We Handle
Insurance
Pre-authorization, benefit verification, reauthorization requests—we manage it all. You focus on your child. We handle the red tape.

Why Home Is the Right Place for ABA Therapy
Your child is more relaxed at home. More open. More ready to learn when they're surrounded by their own toys, their own routines, their own family.
In-home ABA brings our therapists into your world, tackling the real challenges you face every day.
No commute. No overstimulating waiting areas. No fighting to get out the door three times a week. Just therapy that works for you and your family.

What Changes With In-Home ABA
- Getting ready in the morning becomes manageable
- Dinner happens without major incidents
- Your child falls asleep in a reasonable timeframe
- Your kids can be in the same room without constant conflict
- The school stops calling with concerns
This is what happens when therapy meets kids in their actual environment.

Apex ABA Parent Training
You're Part of This
We're in your home for a few hours. You're with your child all the rest of the time.
That's why parent training is built in. You learn the same approaches our therapists use; how to set your child up for success, how to respond to tough moments, how to keep things moving when we're not there.
We’re a joint team working with your child so they can soar to places you never thought were possible.

What We Work On
Your child is struggling with specific things. We can help:
- Communication and language
- Behavioral challenges
- Social interaction
- Self-care and independence
- Staying on task
- Repetitive behaviors
All of it happens in your home, woven into your family's actual routines.

We Serve Families in Multiple States

Ready, Set, Progress
Step 1: We Meet at Your Home
We talk about what's hard right now, what your goals are, and whether in-home therapy makes sense for your family.

Step 2: A BCBA Evaluates Your Child
Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst spends time with your child and creates a treatment plan tailored to them—not some generic template.
Step 3: We Handle Insurance
We verify your coverage, submit for authorization, and manage all the paperwork. You won't be calling your insurance company.

Step 4: Therapy Starts
Your therapist starts coming to your home for one-on-one sessions, with BCBA supervision to adjust the plan as your child grows.
Step 5: We Track Progress
What's working? What's not? We monitor everything and change course when we need to.

Questions Parents Ask
Depends on your child. Most kids start with 10-25 hours weekly. Your BCBA will recommend what makes sense based on what your child needs.
Yes. Consistency matters. Your child gets the same therapist for every session so they build trust and actually make progress.
Most parents want to be home, especially at first. You can watch, participate, or step away—whatever works for you.
Our therapists know how to work with reluctant kids. If your child needs to start slow, we start slow. If they need breaks, we take breaks. We adjust to them.
Every child is different. Some families see big improvements in a few months. Others take longer. But if we're doing our job, life gets easier. Mornings get calmer. Meals get less chaotic. Bedtime doesn't eat your whole evening.
Life happens. We work with you. Reschedule when you need to.
Most major plans, including Medicaid, cover in-home ABA therapy. We verify your benefits upfront so there are no surprise bills.
