Why This Work Matters

Apex ABA helps children with autism build the skills that change everything: communication, independence, confidence.

But none of it happens without the RBTs and BCBAs who show up consistently, adapt when plans need adjusting, and celebrate progress that looks small to everyone else but massive to the families living it.

That's where you come in.

What Makes Apex Different

Caseloads You Can Handle

Work with 6-10 families (BCBAs) or 2-3 kids consistently (RBTs). You have time to know your clients and do work that  sticks.

Clinical Support When You Need It

Your supervisor observes sessions, troubleshoots with you, and answers when you reach out.

Pay That Reflects
the Work

Your BCBA coaches you during actual moments—how to handle a meltdown, prompt communication, reinforce a skill your child just learned.

Progress Families Can See

Consistent implementation. Parent involvement. Kids hitting goals. You're watching children succeed in real time.

Flexibility That Works

Tell us your availability. We build schedules around your life, not the other way around.

What Your Day Looks Like

As a Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT)

You show up at the same homes and schools each week. Kids know your face. You work on communication during snack time, practice waiting during games, celebrate when they use a new word.

The progress is incremental. Sometimes frustrating. Always meaningful.

As a Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

You design treatment plans based on real assessments. You train and support your RBTs in the field. You problem-solve with families when behaviors shift.

When a family tells you their mornings are finally manageable, you know exactly why; because your plan worked and your team executed it well.

This Role Fits If You

  • Stay steady through setbacks and celebrate small wins
  • Communicate honestly with families, even when it's hard
  • Show up reliably (kids need consistency, not excuses)
  • Value feedback and use it to improve
  • Want supervision that actually develops your skills

What Our Team Says

"My BCBA doesn't just check boxes—she actually observes my sessions, gives real feedback, and helps me think through tough moments. I've learned more here in six months than I did in two years somewhere else."

— RBT, Charlotte

"I completed my BCBA supervision hours at Apex, and they actually invested in my development. I wasn't just cheap labor—they wanted me to succeed."

— BCBA, Bowie

"The families are great, but honestly? The team is why I stayed. We help each other. That's not common in ABA."

— RBT, Atlanta
